Dear Investors,

I am writing to you today to offer you the opportunity to invest in my new software development company, BeFriendMe. We are offering a limited number of shares of preferred non-voting stock at a price of $3.00/share.

As a software development company, BeFriendMe specializes in developing innovative and user-friendly software solutions. We have a team of experienced and talented developers who are passionate about creating products that make a difference in the world, while maintaining low operating costs.  The practice of limiting operational costs allow self-sustainability which causes higher rates of return to investors.   

We are currently developing our first line of products, with completion at 8 on a scale of 1-10.  We have passed research, development and are approaching large scale testing.  Our current product line includes a mobile app that will revolutionize the way people connect and socially interact. BeFriendMe will help put an end to social anxiety by creating bridges of connections to one another: providing hope to families, and stabilizing communications for any gathering - - work-related or social based on reliability.  With BeFriendMe, businesses can reach the world in a cost effective system and experience a new horizon of consistent and professional communication. We are confident that our products will be a success, and we are excited to share them with the world.

We are offering preferred non-voting stock because we believe that it is the best way to structure our company and protect our investors. Preferred stock has a number of advantages over common stock, including:

• Preferred shareholders have a priority claim on dividends and assets in the event of liquidation.

BeFriendMe has been evaluated at $35 Million by an independent third-party evaluator. Currently BeFriendMe is debt free, and payroll is currently covered by our own personal funds.

Our revenue generation model is based on a combination of charging a small monthly fee to the business users, revenue sharing on the sales made through our platform, music upload subscriptions, and earnings from in-app advertisements.

We believe that preferred non-voting stock is the best way to attract investors who are looking for a safe and secure investment with the potential for significant growth.  This is a private invitation to invest
